LAPTOP Magazine today announced Ten Tech Startups to Watch, and Eyejot was one of them! Leanne McWatters writes:
The Web has become increasingly video-centric lately, and Eyejot joins the party with its development of video e-mail. Using Adobe Flash, Eyejot works independently of a client and is therefore compatible with all platforms and all Web browsers. While Eyejot easily could have been overlooked as a niche service for a handful of users, we think its built-in support for iTunes, iPods, and MySpace is a smart addition that signals its potential for attracting a large audience. The fact that it's getting harder to find a new notebook that doesn't have an integrated webcam will also work in Eyejot's favor.
We couldn't agree more - and appreciate the great coverage and recognition!
